i thought maybe i should start sharing more about myself.
i’m 5’3” and my current weight is 115lbs. at least that what i checked this morning.
i really want to get to a flat 100 though. or at least tone up.
earlier last year (january) i was 120lbs. but in March i stopped eating meat. i was traveling around from march to july so i wasn’t able to watch my diet too much or find time to exercise. but in July I wanted to get serious.
so i limited myself to 500 calories a day & went walking for an hour every night. it was great. but after a couple weeks on this diet, i started plateauing. i got down to 111lbs. and couldn’t go any further. my metabolism just stopped. i didn’t know what to do. then my boyfriend started making me eat more & i just stopped caring again.
fast forward to now. i am in a stable place. plenty of healthy food around. but also plenty of destructive food. as i said before. i weigh 115lbs right now. fat usually builds up around my stomach and love handles. my arms have been in need of attention lately & i discovered cellulite on my legs. (i am being brutally honest with you & myself right now.)
every morning i walk for 30-40 min. i drink about 40 oz. of water a day. and i haven’t been counting calories lately. last week i was 113lbs. but i didn’t work out over the weekend so i gained it back.
if anyone can give me some advice or encouragement, please please do!
